I've just applied for a job and they wanted someone with good copywriting skills. So you can already guess what I've done... Theres a spelling mistake 'goregous' instead of 'gorgeous' in part of my application. (banging head against wall)
Do I resend with apologies?! What on earth do I say so not to be rejected straight away?
    HELP (ASAP) please x

You could re-send saying that wrong version sent in error . . . without sepcifying why it is wrong version.
    Best wishes

    Thanks Theo.
Just received an email saying they've read my application and will be in touch (that was fast!) so looks like its too late to fix. That'll teach me to trust spellcheck and not double check!

Oh, littlemissraw, just the sort of thing to happen.
Even if you do spellcheck yourself 9as opposed to using spellcheck function), sometimes errors aren't spotted because the brain 'compensates. and 'reads what it expects', rather than what's there.
    Best of luck with it.
