Update to your author dashboard map

    The map on your author dashboard is being updated to show both free downloads and resource sales. You will also be able to adjust the time frame you are viewing.

    Please be aware that highly successful authors may experience longer map loading times due to the amount of data being compiled.

    I love the new feature of being able to see where our free resources are being downloaded. However on my iPad there is no world map showing any more.

    Over 2 months later and the world map still doesn't show on my ipad.

    @labellaroma The map should work on an iPad. Please email Customer Services on authors@tes.com about your specific case and they will do their best to assist you. Thanks

    Mine has not been working for weeks either. It's just a blank map.

    For those following this thread, my map is now working on desktop. I heard back from TES that using the map on a mobile device isn’t currently supported.

    My map shows up fine on my PC, but the amount of sales showing for 'yesterday' does not match the amount shown in my 'Sales' tab :confused:. According to the map I have had more sales, so naturally I am hoping the map is right and the tab is wrong ;).

    My map is showing triple the number of sales compared with the sales tab for this month and last month!

    Did you sell a bundle yesterday? I find they register on the map as the number of products in the bundle rather than as 1 single resource.
