I have been working in my present school for 4 years and have not had any performance management, no targets nothing (None of us have). I moved to UP 1 after filling in the form, but now I am eligible to move to UP 2 - what will be the procedure if their is NO performance management in place? Apparently this is an area that will be addressed this coming school year. Am I still eligible to move up? Is it the schools responsibility or my own to ensure PM takes place?
