UP1 > 2 No PM by school

  1. I have been working in my present school for 4 years and have not had any performance management, no targets nothing (None of us have). I moved to UP 1 after filling in the form, but now I am eligible to move to UP 2 - what will be the procedure if their is NO performance management in place? Apparently this is an area that will be addressed this coming school year. Am I still eligible to move up? Is it the schools responsibility or my own to ensure PM takes place?

    I did contact my head in March (before the end of the Financial Year) to ask about Threshold, with no reply. Although he did respond to another question within that email so I know he read it. I will put together and official letter requesting movement from UP1 > 2.
