    Hi everyone.
I have just arrived back in the UK after taking some time out to travel. I am a Primary School Teacher who has worked for three years in Year Two. I am an Early Years specialist and would love to teach in Year One or Foundation in my next post. My problem is that the majority of posts ask for recent experince in the year group, which I do not have. My question is how can I expect to be shortlisted when I don't have recent experience or do I need to stick to applying for year two jobs and if I get invited to interview express an interest in moving year groups in the future?
    Any advice greatly recieved.
    Thank you,
    Ellie
