Unqualified staff should not be teaching lessons...!

  3. Well as soon as my LEA removes covering lessons from my job description then I'll gladly stop doing it!
     
  4. Are you "teaching" lessons as an unqualified "teacher"?
    Are you colluding with a corrupt, unacceptable and exploitative job description and too unassertive to challenge/protest?
    Do you enjoy bluffing and hoodwinking the pupils that you are a fully qualified, trained and registered teacher?
    Are you "best mates" with the HT and the corrupt bureacrats that employed you?
    Are you unable to say "No"?
    Are you a top flight, inspirational teacher who actually failed your degree/PGCE and/or feels that being a classroom teacher does not require any qualifications whatsoever?
    Write your essay based on the above with honesty.
