Am looking at my planning for Spring 1 Week 1 and the GPS objective is
understanding how words can combine to make sentences/sequencing sentences to form short narratives.

I'm not sure if I'm on the right lines but does it mean to give the children some jumbled up words to put into sentences/paragraphs?

Other suggestions would be great! Or confirmations (if I'm on the right lines!)

If they can write short stories that make sense then they are meeting the objective.
