Two terms complete as an NQT but cannot even get an interview for a new post

  1. Thanks for your advice - I will take a look before I start my next application this week. When I said "my letter", I do adapt it to meet the person specification each time although there are aspects which I feel are relevant for each application in respect of my achievements. I also thought that CVs were not encouraged and I really cannot remember sending one last year but this year a CV has been requested to support every application I have sent, which I find strange.
