Tutoring students outside of the UK

Looking for some advice, please. I mainly tutor online and teach several students from different countries. Recently, I've had several requests from students who live in countries (mainly in the Middle East) where private tuition is illegal. Does anyone know if these students are allowed to have online private lessons with a UK tutor, or does each country have its own rules on this? (I've tried researching this issue online but I'm unclear whether it is the student, parent or tutor who would be legally at fault).
    Many thanks.

You may receive a response from the 'overseas' forum, on here.
The other possibility is Dave's ESL cafe.

I have sent you a PM, or 'conversation'
