Tutoring art to primary aged child

    Hello everyone,
I tutor occasionally and have recently been asked to tutor a 9 year old girl "art and crafts". I have never tutored such a young child before and am wondering if anyone has any tips for what I could teach her? I have only taught older children so could do with some advice.
    Many thanks,
    Sophie

Ask her to show you things she has made or drawn already and what she would like to make or paint. I'd be a bit worried if she wasn't already bursting with ideas at that age.
