Tutoring a child but I don't feel his making any progress...what would you do?

Discussion in 'Private tutors' started by robyn147, Oct 23, 2011.

  1. How old is he? What subject are you doing? I presume you are doing different approaches to try and motivate him.
I had a boy (11 yrs old) last year - he has ADHD and was similar. Hard to teach and made little progress (he found listening hard and focussing hard despite a varied lesson).
Sometimes children struggle. Honesty is good.

  2. That's why I tutor.
