Isn't it a shame that the greatest nation on earth is currently being led by a wholly detestable character, Donald Trump?

Technically, not. 3m more popular vote and my state sent all delegates for Hillary, who I absentee voted for.

Trump is a disgrace. Ran off afterwards to stand next to a church with a bible. Love to smack some sense into him.

So a policeman, under control of a Democrat mayor and commissioner appointment, kills a man in a state with a Democrat governor, resulting in riot and looting in largely Democrat controlled cities, by demographically Democrat supporters.

    But yeah. Orange man bad.

Do they offer that in court? "This prisoner should be fried/let off because he committed the crime in a state with a Democrat governor"?
"In mitigation, Your Honour, the accused stole the car in an area with a broadly Democratic demographic"?

It’s a shame that the USA is being led by Trump. However,

    1. They had a very poor choice at the last election (as did we, to be fair).
    2. I wouldn’t say that the USA is ‘the greatest nation on earth’. Most powerful, yes; most influential, possibly; greatest, no.

Take a close look at what he did last night Alex.

    Read that speech carefully.

Does he want a civil war ?

It is the duty of the state to uphold law and order. Any national leader past or present, would be expected to do the same.

    How can anybody disagree?

Yes Alex - and there are many ways of doing it.

Last night's performance was for the benefit of his supporters and did nothing to alleviate the situation.

The American people need some leadership - not crass grandstanding.

..and he held the bible the wrong way up.
