Your school will have an EVC (Educational Visits Co-ordinator) He or she will have access to all the paperwork you need to fill in and advice on who to contact.
Alternativly you could put it in the hands of a specialist company who will do most of the work for you (at a price). I'm sorry but I have no recommendations in that area as I have never used a company.

If you are in a hurry you will need to make sure all the kids have a passport that will be valid at the time of travel. An EHIC card for all is also a must.

Check with your LEA's insurers, you may already be covered if not get in touch with Zurich as they do cover for school trips at 30p per person per day in Europe.
Travel. Coach, train or plane? Advatage of a coach is you have it with you to use when you are there, disadvantage is the length of journey.
Accomodation. Hotel or Hostel? B&B,half board or full board, self catering?
    Activities. Admission prices, booking, transportation.
Your EVC should either know these answers or will know someone who can help.

  2. Thank you very much for your help.
I will speak to the EVC, still I will need to look for a company because I do not have time to do all the paperwork.

    Thank you

If your EVC cannot recommend a company then he/she will be getting mailings from travel companies on a daily basis. get quotes from a fw of these.

I can recommend Trailfinders as a company if you want to do it partially on your own. They will search and get you packages for transport and accomodation.
  4. Hi...
    try www.myfabschooltrip.com
    They cater for all
needs and they've got really competitive prices and itineraries plus
they aren't a tour operator so they are more into the real Spain and
    language exposure.
