Trio of desserts

    What would be your favourite combinations?

    i just want to make smaller portions of desserts and give a choice !

    Eton mess, lemon tart, fudge brownie.

    Easy to do ahead and portion up as well.

    Some kind of pavlova, creme brulee (or lemon posset which has the advantage of being super quick and easy) and brownie.

    mini pavlova, lemon soufflé in a glass topped with a raspberry (or blackberry) coulis flavoured with grand marnier and a brownie.

    Well I have oodles of time and capable of making most things. i think I should use up ingredients. So short listing something with lemons , something chocolate, something with fruit .. Maybe something with nuts ?
