Hello, I am a Primary NQT job hunting at the moment. I have an interview next week and am preparing some answers to questions they might ask me. I've had one other interview but didn't get the job. Most of the questions they asked me were fine, but the questions I got stick on were: 1) When you walk into a school, what do you look for? 2) What would you do if a child didn't do their homework? And if they still didn't after all the things you tried? Does anyone have any suggestions about what they might be looking for with these questions? For the first one, do I say the practical things I look for (like good ICT resources etc.) or concentrate on other things like a good caring ethos and happy children? Thanks for any advice!
