I have seen 2 positions advertised for Assistant Heads at the same school, one for FS, Yr1, one for yrs 2-6 but im not sure if I have the right experience.
I am in my 6th year of teaching, I have successfully been though threshold this year and have a TLR for EMA (specifically New to English). I have previously held the same role, unpaid and been a DT coordinator (unpaid). I have taught Reception, Year 2,3 and 5.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks
