Too many calls

    I've been speaking with a lot of nursery managers recently about managing parent communication. They told me almost all of the calls they receive are from parents. Most times, these calls are about little things but often it can take too much time out of the day fielding all of them. What are some things you do to help handle all of the parent calls throughout the day?
