Too bizzare for words but so delish

    In the Philippines they sometimes baste spit-roast pig with coke. I must say, It works very well to produce a good-coloured and crispy skin.

    I've wanted to try that for ages but mr inky isn't a great gammon fan [​IMG]
    What I'd really love to try is ham cooked in autumn leaves. You wrap it well and bury it in a pile of leaves and , apparently, it cooks beautifully over a few days.
