TLRs

    Hi,
    Please could you tell me if you move up the TLR scale yearly or whether there is a set TLR for each SLT post?
    I have been on the SLT for 2 yrs and am on the same TLR since I started....

    They are on a set scale and only increase by the same percentage as other points on the main scale. A TLR post in the staffing structure will have either a TLR1 or 2 attached to it.
