Hi has anyone used this text with a UKS2 class focusing literacy lessons around it?

Never heard of it as I teach little ones but I simply couldn’t resist clicking on a thread with such an interesting title! Sorry I can’t help but thank you for making me smile!:D:D

I've never heard of it either (and I'm in Year 6) but love the title! Going to look it up.

Hi, I used both the Kindle and audible versions with my Y6 bubble for the last 4 weeks of this term. The children and I really enjoyed it. We mainly focused on drawing inferences and summarising. Unfortunately we didn't have time to complete it, but the children were always engaged. Grief is the main theme, but it also touches on step-parents, moving home and school. Hope this helps.
