The double letter at the end of the 2nd word is e if that starts you off!

  9. helpful hints - sorry if this is egg-sucking stuff - do not read if you do not want hints!!!
the most common letters are e, t and a with n, s, o and i following close by
    ***'* is either ***n't or ****'s, possibly ****'d - *'* is i'm - *****'** is ****'re or ****'ve - as you have just found lh - **'* is it's, t* is to
look out for a, I (this is kinder than other sites in showing where capital letters go - also useful for God, USA etc), the, where, there, people and such words - also words that might end -ing or -ed (
a 3 letter word after a comma is most likely and, but, not or nor
    quotes can be by 'anonymous'
i find it helps to swap daft letters like q, z and x for anything more sensible - also, to try to get vowels sensibly distributed
if really desperate, a crossword solver website like
    <a> http://www.ojohaven.com/fun/crossword.html[/URL] can help
my gat y5's and 6's get quite good at this with a little practise [IMG]
