Threshold???

Discussion in 'Pay and conditions' started by pricemiss, Jul 30, 2011.

  1. I have just applied for threshold, having been on M6 for the last year and will find out in September if my application has been successful. Due to the 2 year pay freeze I assume that even if my application is successful, I will not get any pay rise whatsoever. In other words if I am successful and move up to U1 does this mean my pay will be that of M6?

No, you would be paid U1, it's just that next year's U1 is the same as this year's!

  4. Ah I see. Thank you very much for your reply.

  5. Depending on your payroll department, it may still take a couple of months for the pay rise to go through but it will be back dated to September.
