threat of redundancy

  1. Been teaching for 2 years at the same school since qualifying and have just been told that one of my 3 person department is being made redundant. No idea what to do or where I stand. Any advice?

    You fill in the form that you will be given, and wait. It's horrible - we've been there 3 times in thre years.
