Thinking of applying to Singapore & Vietnam

I'm beginning the application process to countries abroad and I have Singapore & Vietnam in mind.
Any school suggestions in these countries (or to avoid)? :)
    Thank you!

We're not allowed to mention schools by name here. If you have a lot of international experience and graduated from a Russell Group university (or just teach a specialist subject with a degree from a good Uni) then you might get your foot in the door in Singapore. I teach a shortage subject that's very difficult to recruit for and in our last recruitment round I got 6 CVs. I know of another decent school that got 4 (for my subject). One of the better schools in Singapore got 42.

Vietnam will be easier but there are apparently very few good schools and lots and lots of not so good ones.

If you're new to international teaching then it might be a case of getting your foot in the door somewhere first.

I only know Singapore from a visit, but worked for a while in Vietnam. I think that, leaving aside the teaching, they'd be very different experiences.
We're all different - I loved Vietnam, but don't fancy Singapore at all.

Ah, T0nyGT, I see what you mean about not mentioned school names. May I PM you?
    Thank you,

You are welcome to but I don't teach in either so there are better people to ask. I just know the schools and packages from knowing people
