    For all who loose faith..

I qualified 5 years ago and have had one maternity cover contract and four years of regular supply at the same school.

After reading all the advice from Theo on here, I completed an application for a permanent job, interviewed today and got the job.

Never give up hope there is probably a school which suits you out there.

Thank You for all the useful advice on here.

don't lose hope. I was reaching the end of my supply limit in September (5 years). However, must say my supply experience has really benefited me. x
