    Great idea Mixu.. here goes..
worry that may sod up PGCE in final stage
that I may continue to put on weight until I burst
that something awful will happen to people I love
that I make wrong choices in complicated love life
that panic attacks will return linked to all above
    bloody hell
  14. PlymouthMaid

You have got this far in you PGCE so you are on your way - Good luck!

    You will not burst honest!

Think we all worry about loved ones and they worry about us.

Panic attacks I can empathise with. I wonder if when we are always going to have them lurking in the background ready to come back when we are low.

    Thinking of you

  15. What you lot need is somewhere to leave these worries. We could buy in a stack of little boxes...lock the worries away and keep them safe for a while and I'll look after the keys! I won't let you have them back until you can prove to me you've had
    1. A decent nights sleep
    2. An enjoyable day
    3. A large alcoholic drink and a hug from someone kind!

I know it might not help but I've spent years and years worrying about things and when I think back now most of the things I worried about didn't happen.

    So chin up!!!!
  16. Okay Coley

Can you put my observation worry into a box lock it up and don't give me it back until I have parked on a parallel universe?
  17. Oh Coley I wish you had locked my worry away ..... I can't sleep!
  18. Worrying about what to plan today... observation tomorrow! ****!
  19. Thankyou Lappy for keeping me company for ages. Wish I could go to sleep!
