@jacob - nothing too new fangled, I thought.
That looks very "walking through the forest" to me. However, I am knitting a Brighton scarf as said earlier, which is not "on the high street". I have even captured the Pavilion. Yea, the maths innit.
I'm pretty good with it so far including the twists on the towers, but I need to do a poissoin now, and a fake end with a pom-pom.
Which poster deserves it?
For you Fellto...
For @Lara mfl 05
Interesting choice for me Eureka. Son made one several years back but have little opportunity to use it! In fact what is sitting (let alone outside in the sun) like?
Now for something for you? Hmm. possibly a CD?
Notice you edited the bird for felltothegroundinberkely!
Thank you the CD Lara, I am looking forward to playing it !
(Yes I went back to the store and changed Fellto's lone nightingale for one in Berkely Square. The couple are just plastic props. The bird has been trained to sing in their sight, however!)
For @kibosh. A house of your own:
What on earth is a poissoin? It sounds like a person from a Damon Runyon book.
Aw, thank you, coffeekid. I like it . . .the house may be small but it's setting is great.
*we now live in a rented house and would love to be able to buy it as it's ideal for us . . . bring on the lottery win*
For lascarina, so you don't have to get the bus anymore
Oo-er, kibosh, I think I'd rather take the bus than go with that creepy looking driver! But thank you for your kind thought.
What about this one?
One here for Eureka
He's looking pretty cold. It's those Russian winters, you know. I have this hat in pink and can confirm it's WARM.
Thank you both - beautiful presents, and highly functional!
But that nubile, young lady and a furry hat won't get the dishes done, eury.
