I am in my first full year of teaching after doing my probabtion year in Ullapool well up in the Highlands, feel free to have a read http://goddividedbyzero.blogspot.co.uk/ if I can be any help to any other NQT out there just ask and I will do my best, a problem is often easier solved by someone who has just walked that road, Michael
