The British School of Gran Canaria. Has anyone got any experience of working there?

Discussion in 'Teaching overseas' started by philarts, Mar 28, 2011.

  1. Hi i have applied for a job there and i am trying to find out what it is like working there. I have seen some pretty shocking reports of other schools on the island. Has anyone worked there? Heard good or bad about it?
Any info would be really useful before i go any further!
    cheers all Phil

I have a friend who worked there, she left at Christmas, as the school and social life was poor. Also the salary in Spain is not great either.

In fact I think the person I am talking about could be strawberry wine?
