That’s anyone moved from an independent to an academy school?

How did you cope with the change? Did you get offered support? Would you recommend or regret your move?

Not sure what support you would expect. If an academy takes on an experienced teacher from an independent, they would surely expect you to be as prepared for the job as they would somebody from a state school. Indeed, you are probably better prepared, as people coming from LA schools to either sector may not be prepared for not having STPCD and Burgundy Book but instead having to find out their new school's policies.
