TES Weekend Workshop - Behaviour Management - Saturday 19th March

Discussion in 'Behaviour' started by TES_Careers, Mar 7, 2011.

  1. Owning the classroom
    - how to solve bad behaviour and make the space your own
This half day seminar available in London on Saturday 19th March, 2011 and presented by Tom Bennett will include:

    1. The psychology of teaching
    2. Having high status
    3. How to act like a teacher
    4. The Ten Commandments of Behaviour Management
    5. Behaviour myths
    6. Using the school as a weapon

All participants will get a chance to discuss their individual issues, and learn about classic behaviour management techniques that actually work in real classes, not the classes the adverts show you. And you'll leave with strategies that you can pack in your school bag, and use the minute you get back. Any one can be good at controlling classes; this seminar will show you how.

£55 including VAT and registration fee - http://tesweekendworkshop16.eventbrite.com
