I was wondering if anyone had any advice about applying for a job through TES?

On the application form, there is a section entitled "Employment History", if you received an application from a trainee teacher, would you expect them to complete this section with details of their current placement or would you expect it to be left blank as they are not currently "employed" as such.

More details - I am a trainee on a long placement (January - June) at a local school.

Any opinions or advice will be gratefully received.

    Many Thanks,

    Thank You!!

Yes generally speaking, when you apply for jobs this year you should put in the details of your placement schools, with the year groups you taught and any other responsibilities you had.
