Temporary Contracts

  1. I assume that you are completing induction. Will induction be finished this academic year? If so then you can take any post that you wish full time, part time or daily supply without restriction.
    If the current school is unable to provide you with a definite answer about next year then it is not unreasonable for you to look for a job elsewhere and for the school to allow you time off for interviews etc. Just politly state that you understand that at present the school is unable to tell you whether or not there would be a position available to you after August, so you will be looking for alternative posts.
