Teaching qualifications and pay scales in non-school based jobs

Discussion in 'Pay and conditions' started by emmariec, Dec 2, 2011.

  1. If a role advertised by a Local Authority requires a teaching qualification but is not school based, are the LA still required to abide by the national teacher's terms and conditions, including salary scales? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
