Teaching post

Discussion in 'New teachers' started by stacieleigh, May 24, 2011.

  1. I am in the middle of writing up my personal statement for a teaching post in an infant school. In the person specification I am asked to give an example that I have an understanding of what constitutes high quality children's work. How do I write this? Any help would be grateful! :)

You could talk about levels and how you ensure pupils meet their expectations. No idea about infant school but along the lines of... 'in order for the pupils to achieve the best possible work I show them an example/ give them positive praise/ explain how they can meet the levels and write this on the board...' x
