I am going to be teaching ICT, dance and gym to the school for ppa cover and subject manager release in september years F-6. I am not a specialist teacher in any of these subjects- Jack of all trades master of absolutely nothing!

Any top tips or links to websites etc- much appreciated.

  3. For ICT try http://www.itass.newham.gov.uk/curriculum/sow.aspx - fabulous planning, all the resources you need AND wonderful flash films to show you (and the pupils) how to do things if you are not confident with any elements of ICT - I used it in a previous school when I was ICT Co-ordinator with a very IT shy staff and they all said it was fab and really helped them to deliver a rounded and successful ICT curriculum to the children.
Dance and Gym, try and get a copy of the LCP planning folders for PE, which have Gym and Dance modules in, for each year if you can - your school may well already have them, go ask class teachers and/or the PE co-ordinator. Failing that, google is your friend :)
Good luck and enjoy (I am very jealous lol)

I second the LCP it's quite good for P.E. Greenwich and Kent also have ICT schemes on their sites.
