Teaching Databases - recommendations for relevant literature?

Discussion in 'Computing and ICT' started by jimdriver2, Mar 26, 2011.

  1. I'm hoping someone (or better yet a few people!) on here may be able to help me.

I'm a ICT PGCE student and I'm writing an assignment on how to best teach Databases at KS3/4. It has to be a relatively sturdy research project, so I have to incorporate a literature review and engage with that literature.

Unfortunately however I'm currently drawing a blank. All I've found so far is a few small sections in books on ICT teaching. I'm yet to find any particular papers or research on teaching methods for Databases.

I'm open to any suggestions or pointers!
