Hi! I am new to early years (reception) but very excited! Would anyone recommend any books to help me with: play in early years, fine and gross motor skills, setting up classroom/continuos provision etc. Thank you

Have a look at Early Education eg Achieving Excellence in the early years has chapters on classroom set up etc, Enabling Environiments ditto, Every Child a Mover on physical development
    https://www.early-education.org.uk/buy-publication
Plus lots of pedagogic resources in the members' area.

    Play in EYFS
'Can I go and play now?' by Greg Botrill

    Fine and gross motor skills
'Getting ready to write'' by Alistair Brice Clegg

    Setting up a classroom/continuous provision
'Reception year in action' by Anna Ephgrave

All expensive, as are all teacher books
Pintrest, FB and TES are all much cheaper sources of information.

    Great suggestions from @caterpillartobutterfly
I would highly recommend Anna Ephgrave's book, and most of Alistair Bryce-Clegg's books are a good read (or you can also visit his website at abcdoes.com)
