Hi all, would anyone know what Grade G2 means as a salary for TA?

Sorry catske64, I don't know what G2 means. The only thing I can say is that, in our area, level 2 TAs are paid at Scale 2 which is from around £19,880 - £19,950 …. but that's the salary quoted for 37 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. Once you pro-rata it down to the number of hours full-time TAs work (usually about 25) and term-time only, it sadly doesn't look anything like that!

In my area, G2 is £17,711-£18,065. However, as sunshineneeded says, that's full time. Generally we pay for 25 hours so pro rata, that works out somewhere between £11 and 12,000
