TEACHING A MODERN FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND DON`T GET PAY FOR IT

  1. hi there,I am a teacher assistant who work for the same school since 2002. As i am very fluent in languages the school where i work asked me to teach the whole school a modern foreign language and i accepted!They are pay me not even hlta rate for what i am doing but normal overtime which i don`t think is fair on me as i have to plan every lesson! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE IS ON MY SAME SITUATION AND WHAT ADVICE YOU WILL GIVE ME,THANKS
