    Are you currently employed as a Teacher Vince?

    Personally I value a healthy work life balance however I have, on occasion, experienced pressure from SLT to go above and beyond what I would consider to be a healthy work life balance. I would argue therefore that it is not the fault of the Teachers if they are working longer hours.

    Actually, now that you mention it your username is familiar. Most posts and postcounts were wiped with the new format.

    My original point, expressed obliquely, is that the spin aimed at teachers is increasingly ludicrous.
