Teachers' pay has fallen 12% in the last decade

    Headteachers certainly do not deserve a pay rise. I would give them all a pay cut!

    There are better ways of working with special needs pupils I regularly point out.

    Headteachers live in their 'comfort zones' and are unwilling to venture from it.

    I wonder if the OP knows what 'special needs' are?

    He probably thinks he does ... as he reaches for the bottle!

    Actually, it is worse than 12%, we are now paying more for a worse pension.
