Teachers: Horrible mistakes you probably make when goal setting (and how to fix them)

    Do you struggle to keep up with your week;y/termly/yearly goals? I know that I do at times. In fact, over the years I have struggled to keep up with almost every goal that I set for myself.

    And it makes sense. We, as teachers, are incredibly time poor and stressed!

    The odds are that if those few sentences seem a little too real to you, then you're probably where I was (and sometimes still am). You probably make one of these mistakes!

    Which of these mistakes do you see yourself doing more than others? Which one of these is holding you back?
