  1. Hi !

I am on permanent contract with 6 months full 6 months half pay entitilment but I dont want stick with the job for so long knowing that I quit at some point anyway.

I read about compromise agreement a little and been wondering if this could end my employment earlier having for ex: 3 months pay .

Is there anyone who can help with some info???

I echo the advice to consult your union rep - area, not school rep.

  6. Firstly do not tell your employer that you do not intend to return....
Secondly it would depend how long you have been off and as it is only weeks I would doubt that this would be a consideration....
Thirdly can you be certain that you may not be able to return in the future bearing in mind that you may struggle to find an alternative position afterwards....

Without having been off for atleats close to 6 months, many schools would not consider it, if indeed they would in the current climate...
