teacher in charge of

  1. i have been offered the lowest tlr to be a teacher in charge of. I know others in our school with same job title on a higher tlr. When i pointed this out to the head he said that, that was because different amounts of support/responsibility came with each subject. Should i stand my ground or is 2500 acceptable to be in charge of a subject for 3 key stages? i haven't got a clue if my request is unreasonable or not!
