    Secondary Forum

    Friday 22 April, 17.30–19.00

Please join us for our Teachers Secondary Forum open to all secondary history and classics teachers. This group meets twice a year on a Friday in the autumn and spring terms for an exclusive twilight event as part of the British Museum Friday lates.

This session will consist of a gallery based curator led talk on Medieval Britain (on the new GCSE specs), object handling based activities and an opportunity to discuss the British Museums GCSE History offer for secondary students.

We hope to get feedback on various activities at the Museum, such as online resources, sessions and to hear how best we can support you in your classroom. There is also the opportunity to pick up free resources, talk about future visits and how to use museum objects in your teaching.

Refreshments will be provided and we will offer you complimentary entry into our special exhibition Sicily: culture and conquest.

To book your tickets, contact Melany Rose on 020 7323 8427 or mrose@britishmuseum.org
