Please describe a time when you have had to
overcome challenges in order to achieve a non-academic goal. How did you
motivate yourself to keep going and how did you achieve the goal?
    thanks

  2. Hiyah
    Non-academic?
    A few suggestions
    1) Weight loss? You would have a goal for that e.g. lose 5 stone (that's mine btw) and how did you keep going? join a class, collect low fat food ideas, join a gym etc.
    2) Renovate a house? Goal to make a profit, how did you keep going? Get lots of advice, read lots, get busy with a screwdriver etc
    3) Buy a cat? Goal to get two cats from a rescue centre. How did you keep going, look at lots of cats online, visit centres, do research into cat types, talk to the family any allergies etc
These are just suggestions, perhaps something from your own life fits? If in doubt learn to drive is a good one :0)
    Regards
