    hi folks

we have been told that we have paid tax on our pension contributions as the system was set up wrongly at school.

Back in April I received the back tax for the year up to 2014. It amounted to £600 + !!!! Wow - that was very welcome!

When asking our lady in the wages dept about any further back tax she told me she is too busy at the moment to follow it up as it will be a great deal of work.

Does anyone know if I can follow this up myself or do I have to wait for the school to sort it out?

    Thanks
