Take home pay for 0.7 primary teacher north Ayrshire?

Discussion in 'Primary' started by thethomsons, Apr 18, 2011.

  1. Hi I'm considering dropping to 0.7 from full time and wondered what the take home pay would be? I'm doing 4 days at moment temporarily and I get about £1646. Any help gratefully recieived.
  2. Probably somewhere near £1300 a month.
  3. Double check what your annual salary is on TES Salary Checker depending on your years experience etc. Work out 70% of that, divide by 12 months and then take off 1/3 which is approximate deductions. That should be your approx take home pay......I only know this because I am also going to 3.5 days!

    Hope that helps!
