Lemon curd? I'm assuming it's leftovers from your meringues. Passion fruit curd is good too.

I pop the yolks in little post and give amix. Write number of yolks on pot lid and freeze to make proper custard when you need it.
Make 'Golden rice' or 'egg rice' with the yolks.
Make a lovely catalan orange flan. Look it up - Caudia Roden in The Cookery of Spain.
Nizeman makes lovely egg white mayonnaise. Light, fluffy and garlicky.
@bizent What did you do with the eggs?
Oh I used them to make carbonara - which was ruined when the dog jumped up and pulled the pan off the side as I was serving up! He enjoyed it though!
Lol Bizent, Misty, the minx, found my reading glasses and deconstructed them yesterday, interesting shape they ended up and she successfully removed both lenses, intact.
