    Hi all,
I've had swollen glands in my neck and armpit for the last few days. Over the course of the last few hours my neck has been getting more swollen and stiff. I'm going to try and get a doctor's appointment on Monday but does anyone have any advice about what I can do for now to try and reduce the swelling and reduce the pain?
So far I'm taking ibuprofen and have a small hot water bottle on my neck.
    Thanks
